OUR ADVISOR ERICA DIEHN
Dr. Diehn saw an opportunity for the Opus College of Business to grow. While teaching classes for Leadership & Management majors, she realized that there was no club designated for LEADers. Dr. Diehn carefully selected the founding members of LEAD and guided them towards creating LEAD. Dr. Diehn wanted to assentuate the fact the LEAD is not just for Leadership & Management majors because LEADers aren't just in one major, they are in every major.
